Mike Tuggle received his BS in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. Continuing his education at Ohio University, he obtained his Licensure in Science Education. During college, Mike worked as a fitness center supervisor, risk reduction trainer, and personal trainer at a facility named, WellWorks. He also worked with patients in cardiac rehab at his local hospital with a program named, HeartWorks. Mike has chosen to focus on his passion which is helping people reach their performance goals, big or small. He is interested in helping clients increase any facet of fitness they require to live a better overall quality of life.
Mike manages the personal training program at Duke Health and Fitness Center and is happy to answer any questions. Mike’s goals are to make exercise programs as specific as possible for each individual, to make it challenging but achievable, and to have the client enjoy exercise.
