This eight-week program features weekly interactive nutrition, exercise, and behavioral change classes, weekly group exercise sessions, and individualized nutrition and exercise plans. Our experts work with you to eliminate the frustration, confusion, and deprivation that often accompany weight loss attempts. All meetings are held via Zoom teleconferencing.
- Daytime sessions: 1:00 to 2:00 pm Wednesdays (exercise classes) and Fridays (interactive lectures)
- Evening sessions: 5:30 to 6:30 pm Tuesdays (exercise classes) and Thursdays (interactive lectures)
Getting on Track program graduates can continue to receive guidance as part of our Staying on Track program.
Pricing
- Getting on Track costs $333 for members and Duke employees and $370 for non-members.
- A three-installment payment plan is available.
- A special eight-week membership to the Duke Health & Fitness Center is available for $136.
- You can also join the center for any length of time while enrolled in Getting on Track and save 50% on the initiation fee.
