Staying on Track Support Group
Getting on Track graduates can participate in this weekly weight loss support group for weight check-ins, progress reviews, problem-solving, motivation, and interactive discussions on strategies for weight maintenance. Group members help choose the topics and the focus for sessions.
Weight Loss Consultations
These one-hour consultations are available by appointment and provide you with expertise from a registered, licensed dietitian and/or an exercise physiologist.
Nutrition consultations may be covered by your insurance -- contact Jaunetta Tapp at 660-6656 to find out if your visit is eligible. If a consultation isn't covered, out-of-pocket options are available. We also offer an in-person exercise consultation as part of our personal training program. It is not covered by insurance. It costs $62 for members and $73 for non-members.
If you want a deeper understanding of your health, you can also sign up for a body composition analysis, which can determine how your body’s muscle, fat, and water contributes to weight gain or weight loss and your ability to maintain good health.
