Each type of membership provides different levels of access to our services. When you become a member, you'll choose the standard or clinical membership option whether you're joining as an individual or family. See below for an explanation of what each membership provides, then choose from a full range of access options and prices.
Enjoy full access to our facility, including the use of equipment, tracks, a pool, saunas, and group exercise classes. Take advantage of massage and personal training discounts.
Afternoon-only membership is $37/month, individual all access is $62/month.
Standard membership does not include personal training or medical support for a health concern.
Clinical membership is recommended for people with heart, lung, and other chronic conditions affected by exercise. In addition to standard membership benefits, it allows you to work with an exercise physiologist to help you reach health-related goals.
Afternoon-only membership is $47/month, individual all access is $72/month.
Receive blood pressure readings, heart rate checks, oxygen levels, and other vitals measurements before, during, and after exercise, as needed.

One-Hour Training Session or Fitness Assessment
We offer a reduced rate for a one-hour training session ($31) or fitness assessment ($40) with the purchase of a new three-month or one-year memberships, Add a post-assessment session to review results and set goals for a reduced rate of $61.
Discounts on Personal Training or Massage Package
New members also receive a one-time 10 percent discount on a personal training or massage package. The offer is only valid within the first three months of membership. A 30 percent discount is available for a one-hour massage therapy session when a new contract is purchased.
