We offer a variety of personal training opportunities, including private and semi-private, 30- and 60-minute sessions, and in-person or virtual. We make it flexible so you can work within your schedule to reach your fitness goals. Your personal training sessions may include:
- Fitness assessments and guided workout routines
- Functional training
- Programs to help you cope with chronic diseases, including diabetes, arthritis, coronary artery disease, Parkinson's disease, cancer, and more
- Sport-specific training and athletic conditioning
- Weight loss and weight management
- Post-cardiac event and pulmonary rehabilitation exercise programs
- Injury prevention and recovery
- Yoga and Pilates
- Aquatic training
Personal training rates are discounted for Duke Health & Fitness Center members and through purchased packages. New members receive 10% off their first training package and 50% off a 30-minute or 60-minute personal training session.
