These classes are currently in session. They are free to our members. Non-members may join for $15 per class.
Flow Yoga
Combine movements for strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This class is not recommended for people with osteoporosis.
Pilates
Develop a more balanced body through the practice of enhancing and combining breath control, abdominal strength, and core stability.
Paid Classes (On Hold)
Members may pay $15/month for unlimited access to these mind and body classes. Non-members pay $15/class.
Gentle Yoga
This class incorporates basic postures and breathing practices and is accessible for all. No previous yoga experience is needed. Moves can be performed in a chair or the floor if you have any physical or health challenges.
Tai Chi - Taiji Ball and Wu Hao (Mondays)
Practice Taiji Ball, which incorporates movements performed with a hand-held weighted ball. It conditions your muscles, strengthens your bones, and enhances your qi-energy ("chee") flow and balance. The second half of the class concentrates on the traditional Wu Hao Style of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) to enhance balance, awareness, deep breathing, and other evidence-based benefits.
Tai Chi - Qigongand Wu Hao(Wednesdays)
Practice the 18 Luohan, Five Animals, Rising Lotus, or other traditional Qigong sets. Qigong (energy-enhancing) exercises feature smooth, simple movements matched with breathing to increase flexibility, coordination, awareness, and vitality. The second half of the class concentrates on the traditional Wu Hao Style of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) to enhance balance, awareness, deep breathing, and other evidence-based benefits.
