A supportive and relaxing yoga class is ideal if you are new to yoga or have difficulty with full mobility. Gentle yoga helps you increase balance, flexibility, and strength while creating ease for your body and mind.

Tai Chi for Energetic Balance
This eight-week progressive class helps you exercise your balance, awareness, deep breathing skills, and more while establishing a connection with the mind and the body. Yoga for Alignment
This eight-week in-person program is designed to release tension from our postural habits. The focus is to alleviate stiffness and minor aches and pains in your body as well as refine your breathing, build strength, and improve your posture.
