Develop a more balanced body through the practice of enhancing and combining breath control, abdominal strength, and core stability.
Tai Chi for Energetic Balance
This eight-week progressive class helps you exercise your balance, awareness, deep breathing skills, and more while establishing a connection with the mind and the body.
