Join in June and lock in our current membership rates through September 2026. Beginning July 1, 2026, all membership rates will increase by $6 per month.
Good nutrition is a critical component of a healthy lifestyle. Our dietitians provide individualized support to help you prioritize the nutrition changes that best fit your goals. We also share our expertise to aid in the treatment of chronic disease or to complement other therapies. Our consultations support a range of needs, including:

- Hypertension and high cholesterol
- Kidney disease
- Eating disorders
- Digestive issues
- Vegetarian diet or plant-based nutrition
- Sports nutrition for athletic performance
- Pregnancy wellness
- Post-bariatric surgery nutrition

In-Person and Virtual Consultations
Our registered dietitian nutritionists offer individual consultations to develop detailed plans based on your needs and goals. You can meet in person or virtually for a consultation. Many health insurance plans cover nutrition consultations. If yours does not, out-of-pocket options are available.

Testing Your Metabolism
For an additional fee, an optional test can determine your resting metabolic rate using a calorimeter. This provides deeper insight into your metabolism and a more accurate estimate of how many calories you burn at rest. Your dietitian nutritionist can use this information to create the most individualized and tailored nutrition plan.
