Wherever you are, you can exercise your body and mind by joining group classes led by our expert instructors. Registration provides monthly access to six classes each week that cover strength, balance, and flexibility. This unlimited access allows you to attend as many as you like. New registration is required at the start of each month. All classes are hosted on Zoom, which can be downloaded for your desktop or mobile device.
Current Virtual Classes
Strong and Limber
Integrate strength, flexibility, and balance for a full-body workout. Classes use a variety of fitness equipment, including bands, hand weights, stability balls, balance mats, and more.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:45 to 10:25 am
Develop a more balanced body through the practice of enhancing and combining breath control, abdominal strength, and core stability.
Monday from 5:30 to 6:15 pm and Thursday from 12:45 to 1:45 pm
Combine movements for strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. This class is not recommended for people with osteoporosis.
Tuesday 11:30 am to 12:15 pm
How to Register
You can sign up for any of our classes through our online member portal or by calling 919-660-6660. Once registered, a monthly Zoom meeting ID and password will be sent to your email.
Virtual fitness classes are free for current members. Non-members can sign up for $45 per month.
