Strong and Limber
Integrate strength, flexibility, and balance for a full-body workout. Classes use a variety of fitness equipment, including bands, hand weights, stability balls, balance mats, and more.
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:15 to 10:55 am
Pilates
Develop a more balanced body through the practice of enhancing and combining breath control, abdominal strength, and core stability.
- Monday from 5:30 to 6:15 pm and Thursday from 12:15 to 1:15 pm
Gentle Yoga
A supportive and relaxing yoga class is ideal if you are new to yoga or have difficulty with full mobility. Gentle yoga helps you increase balance, flexibility, and strength while creating ease for your body and mind.
- Wednesday from 8:45 am to 9:45 am
Meditation
Learn and practice a variety of meditation techniques to focus the mind, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness. Expect a few minutes of stretching and movement before beginning the meditation in a comfortable seated or supine position. When practiced regularly meditation has been proven to lead to many personal changes that improve mental and physical health.
