Classes Not In Session (Check Back Periodically for Changes)
Based on Arthritis Foundation guidelines, this class incorporates motion, exercises, and cardiovascular work. Intermediate levels of intensity are reached as you perform more motions for long periods of time.
Energetic water exercises combined with motivating music promote cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. You'll use all your major muscle groups and end every class with a complete stretch. All fitness levels are welcome.
Walk laps in the pool while incorporating a variety of movements. All fitness levels are welcome.
