Based on Arthritis Foundation guidelines, this class incorporates motion, exercises, and cardiovascular work. Intermediate levels of intensity are reached as you perform more motions for long periods of time.
A total body strength workout in the pool. Classes utilize a wide variety of pool equipment including noodles, tubing, aqua fins, and water resistance.
Classes with fewer than five participants on a regular basis are subject to cancellation. Contact fitness center staff with any questions about pool use or classes.
