Guilded Lily Gift Shop
The Guilded Lily gift shop in the front lobby of Duke Raleigh Hospital is operated by the Duke Raleigh Hospital Guild. It is open weekdays for patients and visitors to send flowers or gifts to patient rooms and for the community at large to enjoy boutique shopping.
Duke Raleigh Gardens
The Duke Raleigh Gardens provide patients and families a peaceful, tranquil place to relax and reflect. The gardens are located on the hospital campus and include water features, walking paths, and foliage, including many of North Carolina’s native plants.
Health, Arts and Healing
The health, arts, and healing initiative incorporates the arts as a component of patient care at Duke Raleigh Hospital. Visual arts, music, and literary works demonstrate the role that arts can play in enhancing the healing process by reducing stress and creating an uplifting, inspirational environment.
About the Guild
We have provided leadership on a wide range of exciting projects for Duke Raleigh, including Art in the Gardens, Same Day Surgery renovation, the installation of more than 100 pieces of original artwork throughout the hospital, the Comfort Cart, Cancer Center Ambassador Program, and art exhibits. We also helped to implement the Arts Channel for patient rooms through the installation of XM radio channels. Our signature projects include the Guilded Lily Gift Shop and the Duke Raleigh Gardens.

Meetings are the first Monday of the month, 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. We provide lunch and host a variety of special guest speakers throughout the year. Speakers include various leaders and experts from the community to discuss relevant topics and issues, typically related to health and the community.
