Duke Raleigh Café 
Offers a convenient option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner dining, as well as quick beverages and snacks. The café and spacious dining area are located in our South Pavilion.

The café is open:

• Monday - Friday
  6:30 am – 11:00 pm
   
• Saturday - Sunday
  7:30 am – 7:30 pm

Coffee Shop

Find coffee, tea, and other beverage and snack options at the coffee shop in the North Pavilion. 

The coffee shop is open weekdays from 5:30 am – 8:00 pm and weekends from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. View the coffee bar menu and nutrition information.

The information desk in the South Pavilion can provide information about local restaurants.

Our hospital-based Plaza pharmacy is in our North Pavilion. It’s open to the public and provides medication counseling, limited medical supplies, over-the-counter products and prescription compounding. We accept most third party insurance plans.

Free wireless internet access is available throughout Duke Raleigh through the wireless network called ‘guest’ (all lowercase). This non-secure computer network is separate from the hospital’s secure internal network.

Duke Raleigh Gardens
Conveniently nestled on the edge of the Duke Raleigh, the Duke Raleigh Gardens offer a unique haven for patients, visitors, and employees including an events lawn for special occasions and quiet nooks for sitting and resting. This garden also features our KidsCan! rock garden. 

The Gardens are made possible through generous contributions from the Duke Raleigh Guild, The P.G. Fox Society, and many other kind donors.

South Pavilion Courtyard
Located a short walk from the café in our South Pavilion, find a seat to relax or explore the tranquility garden.

Duke Raleigh aspires to improve health and inspire patients and their loved ones by integrating the arts into your healing. We host live harp performances from 9:00 am – noon Tuesdays and Thursdays in lobbies and on patient floors in the North Pavilion and South Pavilion. Patients can also request custom-designed art kits from their nurses during their stay.

Access to the arts is essential to the health and well-being of our patients, their loved ones, and each other.

An ATM is located near the South Pavilion lobby.

The Guilded Lily gift shop is located just inside the main entrance of the South Pavilion on the first floor. It is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It carries an array of gift items including cards, flower arrangements, stuffed animals, jewelry, books, snacks, and toiletries. Family members and friends can call the Guilded Lily at 919-954-3115 to purchase a flower arrangement that will be personally delivered to the patient's room. 

The Guilded Lily gift shop is operated by the Duke Raleigh Guild.
