Visiting
Visitation hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. Please review our visitor guidelines.

If your friend or loved one is a patient at Duke Raleigh, you can get in touch or send well wishes.
Each patient room has a phone and a unique phone number. If you do not know the patient's room number, call 919-954-3126 to reach our Patient Information Desk.
Mail and flowers should be addressed to :

Family members and friends can also call Duke Raleigh's Guilded Lily gift shop at 919-954-3115 to purchase a flower arrangement that will be delivered to the patient's room. Flowers and mail will be forwarded to the patient's home address after discharge.
Please note that ICU patients may not receive flowers, balloons, or gift baskets. Cards, however, are permitted and encouraged.
You may also send a free card to a patient at Duke Raleigh.
Public Safety
The Duke Raleigh Public Safety Department provides a safe and secure environment for all who visit our campus. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be reached by calling the public safety office at 919-954-3911.
Officers patrol the campus, buildings, and surrounding areas, and provide direction and assistance for emergency response and fire safety at Duke Raleigh. Our department also maintains a lost and found department.

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. To help serve you better and to identify opportunities for improvement, we depend on the feedback of our patients. After your first appointment or hospital experience you may receive a patient satisfaction survey in the mail or via email. Please take a few moments to complete the survey; if it’s a mailed survey, please return it in the postage-paid envelope provided.
