Opt Out of Care Everywhere
Care Everywhere securely connects your medical records across healthcare providers and facilities. This eliminates the hassle of gathering your own medical records for a new provider at a new location and helps participating providers give more efficient care by giving them quick access to previous notes, results, and records.
If you do not wish to participate in Care Everywhere, you can opt out of sharing in your My Duke Health account.
