Complete eCheck-In Up to Five Days Before Your Visit
Please complete the eCheck-in process one to five days before your virtual visit. This way you can immediately join your provider when your appointment begins.

Treat Your Virtual Visit as You Would an In-Person Visit
We ask that you come to your video visit the same way you would come to an in-person clinic appointment with your provider. That means wearing appropriate street clothes and holding your video visit in a quiet space with no distractions. This will allow you and your provider to give each other your undivided attention. Your ability to clearly communicate any symptoms and health issues will help us understand your needs.

Interpreters are available for virtual visits on an as-needed basis. If you need an interpreter, please let your provider know before your visit. They will make sure one is available for you at the time of the virtual visit.
