About Duke Clinic

Duke Clinic combines the professional medical services of the 750 physician-partners of the Private Diagnostic Clinic, PLLC, (PDC) with the services and expertise of the Duke University Health System and the Duke University School of Medicine. Together, they offer expertise and experience in every recognized medical specialty.

Since its founding in 1930, Duke University Medical Center has been a place where research, teaching, and medical care team up for the benefit of patients. It’s a place where the partnership among physicians in different fields makes it possible to provide care precisely tailored to each patient’s needs, and where the very latest scientific discoveries are quickly turned into state-of-the-art treatments.

Duke’s tradition of outstanding health care has led to consistent national recognition for the medical center as a whole and for many of our individual physicians and scientists. This tradition of excellence is carried on in the care provided during more than 700,000 patient visits each year at Duke Clinic.

In addition to the Duke Clinic location on Trent Drive, Duke physicians also see patients at Duke University Hospital and at other Duke facilities.
