• Listen to and follow up on your concerns or complaints
• Answer questions or direct your request to the right hospital departments
• Orient your visitors to the hospital
• Arrange for special services or direct you to resources in the community

Media requesting patient information must provide the patient’s full name before a condition report can be released.  All media requests are handled by the Duke Health News Office.

• Please do not share your name or the names of the people who created the greeting card(s).
• Please ensure your message is no bigger than 8-1/2" x 14."
• Please use pens, pencils, crayons, markers, or colored pencils to decorate the greeting card. Please do not use any additional attachments (such as paper, tape, staples, glitter, or glue.
• Please do not use envelopes.
