Located in the cafeteria, food court, and the service elevator lobbies on the patient care floors of Duke University Hospital. They are also located in several elevator lobbies (third, fifth, seventh, and ninth floors).
Free wireless Internet access is available throughout Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center through the wireless network called ‘guest’ (all lower case). This is a non-secure computer network that is separate from the hospital’s secure internal network.
ATM machines are available in the lobbies on the T level of Duke University Hospital.

Full service banking is available at Wells Fargo, located on the first floor of Duke Clinic (adjacent to Duke University Hospital). Family members can have personal checks cashed at this bank (not to exceed the amount of $50, limit two checks per week, proper identification and room number required). The bank is open from 9:00 am. – 5:00 pm., Monday through Friday. A 24-hour automatic teller is available outside of the full-service bank.

ATM machines are available the basement level outside the Food Court in the Duke Clinic building.
U.S. Postal Service money orders can be cashed at the Bryan Center Post Office, located on the Duke University campus, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
A washer and dryer are located on 5200 for use by all pediatric patients and families free of charge. It is right outside the unit in the hallway. Hours of operation are from 8 am to 9 pm daily in consideration of patients in nearby rooms. Laundry soap can be purchased in the Duke Hospital Gift Shop.
Lost and Found
If you lose a personal item during your stay, notify your nurse immediately so that every effort can be made to find it. The hospital's lost and found office can be reached at 919-684-3336. If your item is not found, you can also report the loss to your Patient Representative by calling the Patient Help Line at 919-681-2020.
Hospital Auxiliary shopping carts regularly visit patients to sell toiletries, stationary, reading material, and other items. Gift shops are located in the lobbies of Duke University Hospital, Duke Children's Hospital and Health Center, and Duke Clinic and on Level 1 West of Duke Medicine Pavilion.

This pharmacy meets the outpatient medication needs of patient’s receiving care in Duke’s Children’s Hospital & Health Center. Prescription products, a limited supply of non-prescription medications, and medication counseling for patients and families is provided.
Dedicated Room for Nursing Mothers
Guests to our clinics who prefer not to nurse in public may visit the private room set aside specifically for nursing mothers. Room 1934 is located on the first floor of the Duke Children’s Health Center, near the gift shop.
