One-on-one yoga sessions help you connect the mind, body, and spirit to create holistic well-being. Your certified yoga therapist will create a personalized plan that fits your skill level, health goals, and interests. Yoga can offer relief from common issues like aches and pains, depression, and sleep problems. We also offer yoga therapy as part of treatments for chronic conditions such as hypertension and cancer.
How It Works
Your first session will include an in-depth conversation to establish your plan. Your yoga therapist will then guide you through movements to assess your strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll be provided with handouts or recordings to practice at home. Follow-up sessions will refine your skills as you work toward your goals.
