About Me

As a yoga therapist, I teach people with health challenges how to use yoga breathing, movement, and meditation practices to find ease in body and mind. No yoga experience is required, as I will individually tailor a practice designed to help you reach your health goals. Yoga may be helpful for a variety of concerns, including back and neck pain, cancer, heart conditions, anxiety, sleep issues, and stress. We begin with a discussion about your health concerns, then work together to create a personalized practice that suits your abilities, health challenges, interests, and time. Our individual yoga therapy sessions will empower you to progress toward greater health and well-being.
