Lab and Leave Services
This location provides Lab and Leave Services Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm to both adult and pediatric patients. Please schedule an appointment for lab services by calling 919-954-4491 and have the name of the provider who ordered your test ready.
If possible, please call the clinic when you arrive and stay in your car until you are asked to enter and check-in.
