Conditions Treated at Your Convenience
Duke Health Anywhere covers non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. An online provider visit can cover urgent care needs and common medical conditions like:
- Cough, cold, and flu
- COVID-19 (coronavirus 2019) screenings
- Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
- Pink eye
- Rash or skin condition
- Runny nose and sinus congestion
- Sore throat
- Urinary symptoms
Please note: Duke Health Anywhere is available for patients age 2 and older. Women who are pregnant should schedule an in-person appointment with their own provider and not through Duke Health Anywhere. Duke Health Anywhere is a service that is currently offered only on a self-pay basis, and does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance.
