- An order for your lab work orders must be entered into your chart by your provider before your appointment can be scheduled. If the orders have not been placed, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
- Blood will only be drawn from your hand or arm. Staff at these locations are not trained to draw blood from implanted ports or central lines.
- The locations do not provide services to COVID-19-positive patients.
- The labs do not perform strep testing, respiratory swab testing, or COVID-19 testing.
- The labs do not supply tools such as collection jars. Please get them from your ordering physician.
- All labs are closed on holidays.
