Currently, Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital offers easy, secure, and convenient access to your personal health information via the MyHealthHome online portal and mobile app.

Please be aware, however, that from October 18, 2025, visits with Duke Health Lake Norman providers will only be available in your My Duke Health account. Your existing My Health Home record will remain intact and accessible for 12 to 18 months. Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital will convert these records to My Duke Health during this time. Through the MyHealthHome patient portal, you can:

• Securely and easily manage your healthcare online.
• View recent laboratory results.
• Obtain radiology reports.
• View current medications.
• List current allergies.
• View immunization records.
• Review clinical summaries of the care you received at Duke Health Lake. Norman Hospital.
• Share your information with caregivers and other providers.
