How can I find a Spanish-speaking provider?

Use our Find a Doctor tool to find a provider that treats your condition. In the left-hand menu, filter the providers by language and choose Spanish to find Spanish-speaking providers.

How can I arrange interpreter services for my visit?

When scheduling your appointment at Duke Health, you can request a medical interpreter to attend your appointment. Interpreter services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through in-person, phone, or video interpreters. If you have a My Duke Health (previously Duke MyChart) account, you can indicate your preferred language and interpreter needs in your profile. Learn more.

Am I required to present identification at my appointment?

For safety and accuracy reasons, Duke Health asks that you please bring a utility bill, statement, driver’s license, or other document which includes your name and current address. However, Duke Health will not turn you away from an appointment if you cannot supply a form of identification.

Which health insurance plans do you accept?
