The James R. Urbaniak, MD, Sports Sciences Institute is conveniently located on the Duke Center for Living Campus in Durham. Once you enter the Center for Living campus from Erwin Road, drive up the hill about 1/4 mile. The Wallace building is the second building on the left. Please drop patients off at the front of the building. Free parking is conveniently located in the lots adjacent to Duke Sports Science Institute.
