Financing Opportunities

If you don’t have insurance coverage, Duke Fertility Center offers flexible financing plans through Advanced Reproductive Care (ARC). Similar to financing a car, ARC provides you the money you need to pay for services upfront. You pay it back over time. The affordable payment plans can be used for any combination of services and can also include your fertility medications.

ARC offers three financing packages for IVF:

• One-cycle Plus: 1 retrieval and up to 2 embryo transfers (fresh and/or frozen)
• Two-cycle Plus: 2 retrievals and up to 4 embryo transfers (fresh and/or frozen)
• Three-cycle Plus: 3 retrievals and up to 6 embryo transfers (fresh and/or frozen) 

If you don’t know how many cycles you’ll need, the SART IVF Calculator may help. Based on your personal information, the calculator can estimate the probability of a live birth after IVF treatment. It shows the success rates for one or two cycles of IVF to help you determine how many cycles you want to finance.

If you purchase a two-or-three-cycle package but do not use all cycles, ARC will refund your money through its ARC Success Refund Program.

The ARC Pharmacy Plan provides easy access to your fertility medications and the opportunity to finance your medication along with your treatment package. This way you have one monthly payment. You can also choose to pay for your medication by check or money order. If you do, ARC will provide a 5% discount.

Fertility Lifelines
Fertility LifeLines™ makes EMD Serono fertility medications more affordable for those who apply and qualify for financial support. The amount of savings and who is chosen is based on several factors, including financial need, military status, and number of dependents.

Freedom Fertility Pharmacy
Freedom Fertility Pharmacy offers savings opportunities for people with financial constraints, military service members, and people going through cancer treatments.

GoodRx
Through their app or website, you can search for the medications you need. GoodRx will show you which pharmacy has the lowest price and available coupon codes.

Resolve: The National Infertility Association 
Resolve is a non-profit organization that works to increase access to fertility treatments. The organization has compiled lists of fertility treatment scholarships and grants, financing programs, support groups, and other resources to help you get the care you need.
