The services and fees listed below are only a guide and do not reflect the exact costs for everyone. When you have a treatment plan from your doctor, exact fees will be determined. All fees are subject to revision, and new fees may be implemented before being updated here.
Fees can also be incurred from providers and services outside of Duke Fertility Center. These might include, laboratory testing, radiologists, pathologists, anesthesiologists, the Duke Health pharmacy, or Duke Health facility charges. New patient consult fee: $245 (due at the time of booking)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI): $850 - $2,000
IUI with monitoring (using partner’s sperm): $1,800 - $2,200
IUI with monitoring (using donor sperm from an approved bank): $1,700 - $2,300
In vitro fertilization (IVF): $12,450 - $18,000
IVF with intracytoplasmic sperm injection: $14,300 - $19,500
