Programs and Clinics
The Duke Child and Family Study Center is made up of several programs and clinics, including:
- Duke Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Clinic
- The Duke Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Substance Use Treatment (CAST) offers comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations and recommendations, different therapy options, and school-mandated substance use treatment programs.
- Duke Center for Eating Disorders
- Duke Family Studies Program and Clinic
- The Duke Psychosocial Treatment Clinic offers diagnostic assessments and treatment for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, school refusal, obsessive-compulsive disorder, parent-child relationship difficulties, adjustment disorder, Tourette’s syndrome and tic disorders, and other concerns.
Support for Perinatal Mood Disorders
If you are pregnant, have just had a baby, or are thinking about expanding your family, and experience overwhelming feelings or changes in your mental health, our perinatal behavioral health team is here to support you. It’s important to seek help early, as early intervention can minimize the impact on you and your baby.

Parking
Free parking available for patients in designated areas, these parking spaces are marked as Visitor/Patient Parking. Parking is not permitted in non-designated areas and towing is enforced. The parking deck is behind the Exchange on Erwin building, accessible via Downing St.
From the parking deck, follow the signs in the parking deck to the top level above the third floor. Enter Duke Perinatal Durham / Fetal Diagnostic Center / Duke Child and Family Center / Duke Pediatric Neuro Psych through the main lobby.
