Heart Care in Morrisville
Our cardiologists are spread across two clinics within Duke Health Center Arringdon -- one on the second floor and one on the fourth floor. In addition to providing expert general cardiology and warfarin monitoring, we treat the following conditions:
Second floor (Suite 240)
- Aortic aneurysm and aortic disease
- Arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation and flutter
- Cardiomyopathy
- Congestive heart failure
- Genetic counseling
- Heart disease prevention
- Hypertension
- Implanted cardiac device (pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators or ICDs, and others) follow-up care and monitoring
- Peripheral artery disease (PAD) diagnosis and follow-up
Fourth floor (Suite 410)
- Adult congenital heart disease

- Coronary artery disease, including chronic total occlusions of coronary vessels

We also make referrals for and follow-up with you after heart surgery and other procedures.
Heart Tests in Morrisville
Depending on your condition and needs, we can perform the following tests onsite at one of our two cardiology clinics:
- Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (requires wearing a small device that records your blood pressure continuously over 24 hours)
- Cardiac device monitoring (checking your cardiac device’s battery life and how well the device is functioning)
- Cardiac rhythm monitoring (Holter monitor, event monitor, etc.)
- Cardiac risk evaluation
- Lab tests for anticoagulation management and blood glucose monitoring
- Routine cardiovascular exams
- Stress testing/cardiopulmonary stress testing
