Services

Conveniently Located Foot and Ankle Doctor

Our foot and ankle specialist in Cary can evaluate your foot pain or ankle pain caused by conditions including bunions, plantar fasciitis, sprained ankles, ankle instability, arthritis or sport-related injuries. Our doctors may use a variety of tests to diagnose the source of pain for children and adults.

Cary-based Spine and Back Pain Clinic

If you have lower back pain, sciatic nerve pain or neck pain, our physiatrists and spine specialists will perform comprehensive spinal exams to find the cause of your pain and evaluate the most effective treatment options. Treatment options (offered at this clinic or other Duke Health locations) include:

  • Nonsurgical treatments for back and neck pain, including chiropractic services, physical therapy, epidural injections and nerve blocks.
  • Back or spinal surgery if your pain does not improve with conservative treatments, or if you are diagnosed with a condition that requires surgery. Our surgeons offer a full range of spine surgery options, including disc replacement to relieve pain and swelling, and complex reconstructive surgeries for scoliosis.

Hip Preservation and Hip Replacement Clinic in Cary

  • Hip preservation: If you suffer from chronic hip pain due to hip dysplasia, our specialists use complex hip preservation techniques to help you reduce your risk for premature arthritis and hip replacement surgery in your later years.
  • Hip replacement surgery: If you need a hip replacement, we will find the surgical option that’s right for you. We offer less invasive approaches including anterior (front) hip replacement, posterior (back), and direct lateral (side) hip replacement, and surgically precise, computer-assisted hip replacement.

Sports Medicine Clinic for Children and Adults

You don't have to be an athlete to schedule an appointment with our sports medicine doctors. Our orthopedic doctors evaluate and treat teens and adults with injuries including, joint sprains and strains, arthritis, bone fractures, tendonitis and bursitis.
