What We Offer
Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments
We begin our work together with a comprehensive mental health assessment, including:
- A detailed diagnostic interview
- A review of your symptoms and history
- An evaluation of contributing medical or psychosocial factors
- The development of an individualized treatment plan
This ensures that you receive the right level and type of care from the start
Individual, Personalized Psychotherapy
Our providers tailor their treatment recommendations to your goals, symptoms, and preferences. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). If medication support is needed, we can coordinate with your existing prescriber.
Ongoing Follow-Up and Referrals
Our specialists assist with referrals for services such as couples counseling, specialized therapy, or higher levels of care. As Duke providers, we have access to an extensive network of trusted experts across Duke Health and the broader community. We also offer ongoing follow-up and coordination with your primary care or psychiatric providers.
