Stefan Rozycki, MD

My goal with every patient is to help them achieve their goals by providing all available options and empowering them to choose the approach that best fits their needs. My experience as a military provider, where the focus was often on returning service members to duty as safely and efficiently as possible, led me to advocate for less invasive procedures. In my practice, I have found these approaches can be highly effective while reducing risk and supporting a faster recovery. I treat all aspects of otolaryngology–head and neck conditions, with particular experience in managing complex sinonasal obstruction. My family — my wife, three children, dog and gerbil — recently moved to Durham from San Diego. Our lives have been full of adventures across the country. During my service in the U.S. Navy, I was also an undersea medical officer, working closely with submariners, divers and Navy SEALs. We loved our time in the Navy, and I continue to serve as a reservist. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey.
