About Me
My goal as a provider is to help women make health care decisions so that they can meet their goals both medically and outside the exam room. I feel very privileged that my job gives me the opportunity to support women through important or challenging life events. I have training and expertise to manage complex contraception, miscarriage, and the full range of family planning needs. My other clinical interests include general gynecology and gynecologic surgery. As a Durham, North Carolina native, I enjoy caring for people and advocating for women's health in the community I grew up in.

I am interested in health policy issues that impact care for the underserved. My research aims to build evidence that can help reduce health disparities with a special focus on immigrants, Medicaid policy, and access to abortion and contraception.
