WHERE I PROVIDE CARE
Profile
ABOUT ME

I am a physician assistant in the division of gastroenterology. A lot of people will come to see me because they have Hepatitis C, a viral illness that attacks the liver. Some other illnesses I help treat that cause liver problems include autoimmune hepatitis or genetic conditions that can lead to downstream problems of ascites, which causes abdominal swelling, or encephalopathy, which can affect your brain. My favorite part is being able to walk with people on their journey toward health and wellness. When you come to see me, you see a team practice. We see patients jointly and collaboratively, and you have access to so many resources, including nutritionists, physical therapists, and referrals we can make within Duke.
