I am passionate about surgical education and outcomes research, with a particular interest in improving how we train the next generation of surgeons and care for patients undergoing bariatric and minimally invasive surgery. My research has explored effective teaching strategies, surgical preparedness, and emerging technologies in education, as well as the impact of bariatric and metabolic surgery on patient outcomes and quality of life. I hope to continue advancing both surgical education and patient care through meaningful research.

About Me
I am a minimally invasive and bariatric surgery fellow specializing in robotic surgery, bariatric surgery, foregut surgery, and hernia repair. I care for patients with obesity and weight-related health conditions, as well as patients with conditions such as hiatal hernias, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gallbladder disease, and abdominal wall hernias. I believe the best surgical care starts with listening to each patient and understanding their individual goals, concerns, and priorities. I strive to provide thoughtful, personalized care while using minimally invasive and robotic techniques whenever appropriate to help patients recover safely and return to the activities they enjoy. I am passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in their health and quality of life.
