This in-person event features concurrent education sessions for general attendees and a special track of educational sessions for professionals. Lunch is included for all. Our conference will inform you about a variety of support options that can assist you in your caregiving journey from Duke Health and in the community. Join us on September 5, 2024, at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, North Carolina.

Register for Our In-Person Conference

Registration for family caregivers costs $15 (lunch and all event-day activities included) or $10 if you wish to have lunch on your own. Professionals can attend for $75.

DukeWELL-ness Clinic

Experience a quick and comprehensive 15-minute wellness visit at our clinic. Our dedicated team will assess vital aspects of your health, including blood pressure, A1C levels, cholesterol, heart health, vision, and even provide flu vaccinations.

Adult Incontinence Product Bank

Community organizations have come together to create an adult incontinence product bank dedicated to assisting individuals with their incontinence needs.  If you or someone you care for requires adult diapers, barrier creams, or related products we are here to help. Located at the DukeWELL-ness Clinic our compassionate team of volunteers will be providing these essential items free of charge while supplies last.  Drop by and allow us to lend a helping hand to you during your caregiving journey.

Experts showcase examples of potential hazards in an older adult's living space and how to make changes for a safer environment.
