Duke Health offers self-swab COVID-19 testing whether or not you have symptoms, suspect you've been exposed to someone with COVID-19, require testing for travel or other reasons.
You must have a Duke MyChart account to view your results, which will be available in one to two days. If you have been seen at Duke before, and don't have a Duke MyChart account, use this link to create an account. If you are new to Duke, you can create a MyChart account after you sign up for your COVID-19 testing appointment.
Tests are provided at no cost. Results will be available in one to two days through Duke MyChart. Testing takes place at Duke Covid Testing and Vaccine Center, 1400 Morreene Road, Durham, NC.
