This clinic will be closed on Monday, January 18, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
We help you through every step in your journey. Our patient navigators and social workers guide you through the process, and support groups offer resources to you and your family. These and other resources continue to be available to you after your treatment ends.
Depending on your needs, you may benefit from meetings with counselors who specialize in psychology, medical family therapy, and survivor care. We also have on-site dietitians who provide counseling for your dietary needs during therapy.
Regular visits from therapy-certified dogs and their owners can provide a sense of companionship and reduce stress and depression.
Financial care counselors can help you understand your options and answer questions about insurance and billing.
Boutique and Specialty Garments
Our boutique offers the latest in wigs, hats, turbans, scarves, and self-image products to women and men who are losing hair as a result of cancer treatment. Specialty products such as post-surgical garments, bras, and camisoles are also available. Call 919-613-1906 for more information.
Our goal is to provide you with high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. To best serve you and identify opportunities for improvement, we depend on the feedback of our patients. About two weeks after your first appointment, you may receive in the mail a patient satisfaction survey. Please take a few moments to complete the survey and return it in the postage-paid envelope provided.
If your feedback is urgent or if you wish to speak with someone, please contact our patient advocates at 919-862-5848.
