Services
You may seek a care at our clinic if you have:
- Advanced maternal age, gestational diabetes, or other maternal health conditions, such as heart disease, multiple sclerosis, high blood pressure, lupus, or infectious disease exposure that puts your pregnancy at high risk.
- A history of pregnancy complications, such as miscarriage, preterm delivery, multiple gestations.
- A medication exposure, fetal birth defects, fetal growth or placental issues, genetic or other disorders that could affect the health of your child.
High-Risk Pregnancy Care in Jacksonville
At Duke Perinatal Jacksonville, we provide follow-up care and detailed ultrasounds for patients who have already had initial consultations, screenings, and tests done at another Duke perinatal clinic location.
Accepted Insurance
Duke Health contracts with most major health insurance carriers and transplant networks, including the ones listed below. Before scheduling your appointment, we strongly recommend you contact your insurance company to verify that the Duke Health location or provider you plan to visit is included in your network. Your insurance company will also be able to inform you of any co-payments, co–insurances, or deductibles that will be your responsibility. If you proceed in scheduling an appointment and your health insurance benefits do not participate with Duke, your out of pocket liability may be higher.
