Since no two people are the same, every massage I offer is tailored to the person in front of me at that moment. I've worked extensively with arthritic and orthopedic conditions, back pain, joint pain, neurological conditions, depression, anxiety and issues related to aging.

In addition to massage skills, I have expertise in therapeutic movement, and I approach massage with an eye toward what will help people move more easily, with less pain and discomfort.

In my earlier career, I specialized in communications. I'm known for deep listening, asking questions in an effort to understand complex issues, and for educating people about their bodies so they feel equipped to take the best care of themselves.
