About Me
I am a psychiatry resident passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate mental health challenges and achieve their full potential. I am currently training to be an expert in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, neurocognitive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, substance use disorders, trauma or stressors-related disorders, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and eating disorders. My approach to care is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered, ensuring every individual feels heard and respected.
I am particularly drawn to early intervention and supporting children, adolescents, and their families during critical developmental stages. I also work with older adults, addressing the unique mental health needs that arise later in life.
Growing up in a multicultural environment shaped my understanding of how personal experiences and cultural contexts influence mental health. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new cuisines, traveling, and immersing myself in nature.

Clinical Focus and Research
My research interests focuses on interventional psychiatry, cultural psychiatry, and global mental health. I explore advanced treatments, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), to address complex mental health challenges, particularly in underserved populations. By examining the role of cultural factors in mental health care, I aim to enhance treatment effectiveness and accessibility across diverse communities. My goal is to refine and expand therapeutic approaches, ensuring that individuals receive tailored, high-quality mental health care.
