I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical/Health Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013 and have over a decade of experience evaluating and providing behavioral treatments for adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My clinical approach draws from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies, with a focus on both reducing symptoms and enhancing overall quality of life.
