About Me
As a child, I was asthmatic and sick a lot, so I spent a lot of time with the doctor, and that fostered my interest in medicine and working with kids. I enjoy seeing kids, how they interact with their parents, and just having fun with them. A lot of our patients are well children, and it’s fun to see them happy and smiling and laughing. And it’s rewarding to help the kids who are sick. I try to make the visit as comfortable for the child as possible. I do a lot of examining the child in the mom’s lap or dad’s lap or sitting down on the floor with the child. It makes things more comfortable and gives us a better exam and all-round better experience. I also try to talk directly to the child. Having them feel that they’re part of the visit is really important. I love taking care of asthmatics. I have asthma and my children have asthma. It’s fun to be able to relate and empathize and really know what they parents are going through.

Ratings and Reviews
The ratings and reviews are based on patient responses to the overall provider rating question from the survey. The question reads: “Using any number from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst provider possible and 10 is the best provider possible, what number would you use to rate this provider?” Responses are converted to a 5-point rating system and applied consistently to all providers.
