About Me
I feel incredibly fortunate to have a career that blends my passion for movement, rehabilitation, and human connection. My approach begins with a thorough evaluation and building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a foundation of trust and collaboration.
I emphasize patient education so individuals understand their diagnosis and how physical therapy supports recovery. Together, we develop an evidence-based plan that may include education, exercise, manual therapy, and other strategies.
My care is guided by patient-centered goals and supported by my clinical training. I treat a wide range of orthopedic and sport conditions, with particular interests in neck and low back pain, conservative and post-surgical knee rehabilitation, and return to sports rehabilitation.
I also serve as a teaching assistant in Duke’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and help coordinate Duke’s Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. Outside the clinic, I enjoy hiking, road biking, reading, CrossFit, and time with friends and family.
