About Me
I am a vascular surgeon with Duke Health and an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Duke University School of Medicine. I treat patients with the full spectrum of vascular diseases, including peripheral artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, aneurysmal disease, hemodialysis access, and venous disease. All of these conditions are potentially life-altering, and each can be managed with a combination of medical therapy, open surgery, and endovascular procedures. I am dedicated to understanding my patients and their priorities so that we can engage in shared decision-making regarding the best treatment option for them.

I have two primary areas of research interest. The first includes comparative effectiveness, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement in vascular surgery and vascular diseases. My second focus is in surgical education; I am committed to improving the way we train the next generation of surgeons.
