About Me
My main motivation for becoming a physical therapist came from my mother. She was in a bad motor vehicle accident when I was a child where she required a total hip replacement and ankle reconstructive surgery. I witnessed first-hand the effects a serious accident can have not only on the human body but on a family as well. When a patient comes to see me, I treat them like family. I try to keep the atmosphere light-hearted and full of laughter. We work together to improve their motion and strength in order to return them to their individualized goals. I have my United States Association of Weightlifting Level 2 coaching certification (USAW-2) that I can implement when working with patients on strength training goals in order to properly apply biomechanics to Olympic lifting techniques. Outside of physical therapy, I enjoy weight lifting and bike riding. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Originally from New England, I am also an avid Red Sox fan.
