About Me

In my practice, I strive to maximize conservative management of spine and musculoskeletal pain by utilizing injections and physical therapy along with medications. I try to minimizing usage of long-term narcotic pain medication. I am excited to help patients become the most functional version of themselves. I am a North Carolina native and love spending time with my family. I am married and have two small children. In my free time, I enjoy baking all things sweet, going to church, and spending time outdoors.
