About Me

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a physical therapist is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively influence my patients’ lifestyle habits and behaviors. Because physical therapists often see patients more frequently than other health care providers, we gain a deeper understanding of each individual—their routines, stressors, and the many factors that influence their condition. This perspective allows me to meet patients where they are and collaborate on personalized, effective plans to achieve their goals. Early in my career, I recognized that pain is often driven by more than what appears on imaging or during a physical exam. By staying current with emerging research and best practices, I strive to deliver treatment that is effective, efficient, and transparent—empowering patients to move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to the activities that matter most to them. While I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, I have a particular interest in working with active individuals, especially those recovering from sport-related injuries, both non-operative and post-operative. Outside the clinic, I enjoy distance running, strength training, and playing pickleball.
