About Me
I have been a registered nurse for over 25 years because I love working with patients and their families in all stages of life. As a Population Health Nurse, I see our Medicare patients for their annual wellness visits and provide chronic care support. During a wellness visit with me, I will work with you to provide a personalized approach to help manage any chronic conditions and preventative health maintenance screenings. We may also discuss wellness recommendations, such as health and home safety tips, and advanced care planning. I am a strong believer in patient-centered care, and it is my hope that we can work together to help you reach your health and wellness goals. I’ve lived in North Carolina for most of my life. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities like birdwatching and greenway trail walks.
