About Me
I have been practicing clinical social work since 2009 and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I've provided individual and group therapy and believe that mental health care is an integral part of tending to your well-being as a whole. My focus is on working with adults to learn to manage mental health symptoms in order to improve your quality of life. I prefer working with individuals to determine which treatment modality will be the most effective in meeting your goals and typically use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my children and dogs, gardening, and traveling.
