About Me
As a women’s health nurse practitioner, my goal is to help people feel more confident and empowered when it comes to their health. I love partnering with patients to understand what matters most to them, and find a plan that reflects their individual needs and goals. I take a trauma-informed approach and strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable bringing up any concern. I see patients during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as for annual exams, birth control counseling, and other sexual and reproductive health concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and taking long, romantic walks with my dog, Ruby.
